Restaurant managers wear many hats. They have to juggle the schedules and personalities of their teams, ensure service runs smoothly, and perhaps most importantly, they are ultimately responsible for the financial wellbeing of the restaurant.
I’ve found it’s much easier to teach financial literacy to restaurant operators than it is to teach data nerds how to run a restaurant. As a restaurant operator who became a data nerd, I love building confidence in my clients, and giving them the financial tools they need so they can focus on the guest experience.
